Track your Export Contracts with HayCloud
HayCloud allows you to enter export contracts and track the fulfilment of these contracts.
For each contract you can specify the customer, price/ton, shipping terms, and time frame.
The rate can also be adjusted according to the quality of the product.
Reserve Stacks for Specified Contracts
Once you've entered your export contracts, you can reserve specified numbers of containers of individual stacks for each contract.
This reservation system allows the system to calculate the amount "Available to Sell" at any point.
As containers are filled with the reserved product, they are automatically tallied against the total # of containers in the contract.
