Scale Integration
HayCloud integrates with your Scale Indicator
It is simple to integrate HayCloud with your truck scale by using the print button on your scale indicator or a remote print button.
The current scale weight value can then be inserted into your data-entry screen.
This feature is only helpful if you enter your scale tickets in real-time, not after the fact.
Touch-Screen Scale Ticket Entry
HayCloud has a touch-screen interface that can be used inside the scalehouse by truck drivers.
In your settings, you can specify which trucking companies, growers, and field marks to display.
The truck drivers can then enter their weight ticket using the touch screen - no typing required.
These tickets are then placed in a "review" screen where they can be approved by a clerk.
